Video & Podcast Series stretch goal unlocked!
almost 3 years ago – Wed, Jun 09, 2021 at 04:04:50 PM

It’s hard to start a life in the wastes. Food is scarce, water even scarcer. We don’t even remember why. That’s why everyone who wants to make this damned desert a little better needs a helping hand.

You’ve brought our Weird Wastelands instructional video and podcast series to life! Upon reaching this goal, when the book is complete, Jim and Pruitt will provide tips and advice on how to bring your Weird Wastelands game to life!

Thank you so much for making this possible. This series will help us further our mission in helping everyone play the best games of their lives and creating a book that is not only a great supplement to play in this environment but also one that deepens your connection to and understanding of tabletop roleplaying games.

We’re not done yet! Next up is a MAJOR goal that will improve the rewards for EVERYONE getting a physical copy of Weird Wastelands: the upgrade to MASTERWORK printing! When we reach this goal, we will be able to work with a printer with a much higher print quality—including improved paper on which our art will look even more incredible as well as themed endpaper. Deluxe prints get a boost, too, with ribbon bookmarks, premium endpaper, and an optional collector's edition cover.

We need your help to get there! If you want to see this goal become reality, please share with your fellow gamers! Let’s do this!

FUNDED!
almost 3 years ago – Wed, Jun 09, 2021 at 01:24:43 PM

WE DID IT! Scratch that—YOU did it! The project is funded, in only 16 MINUTES!!!!!!!!!

Web DM is publishing our first book! Thank you so much for believing in us and this project, and for your passion for bringing bizarre and surprising wilderness exploration to your games. We are beyond excited to bring Weird Wastelands to life.

Our exploration of this World of Web DM is only just beginning—we have some stretch goals that will make the wastelands even WEIRDER, starting with WAR WAGONS!

When we reach $50,000 pledged, we will include our collection of wasteland vehicles! Travel is a big challenge in a wasteland setting, and modes of transportation are a huge asset—if you can keep them in working order and fend off anyone who might want your rig! If you want to see how we design sand skiffs, soul engines, elemental conveyors, and more, let’s get rolling! Share the Kickstarter and spread the word!

Thank you again for your belief and support. We are thrilled!

War Wagons Stretch Goal UNLOCKED
almost 3 years ago – Wed, Jun 09, 2021 at 01:24:29 PM

A pulsating thrum of energy screams across the desert in a cloud of shimmering dust. The war wagons are here!

You did it! We’ve unlocked our first stretch goal—WAR WAGONS are coming to the Weird Wastelands! With your support, we’re including vehicles in the book! Get ready for stats and rules support for transportation that can be used in any 5e game. Your players will be able to find (or create their own) soul engines, sand skiffs, elemental conveyors, and more. The world’s most popular roleplaying game sorely needed more transportation support, and now this valuable addition will enhance possibilities in the exploration pillar immensely!

Thank you so much for getting us to this goal. We’re just getting revved up! Our next stretch goal will allow us to bring our Weird Wastelands instructional video and podcast series to life! Upon reaching this goal, when the book is complete, Jim and Pruitt will bring directly to your ears and eyes tips and advice on how to bring your Weird Wastelands game to life!
